Dr. Greenthumb's Apparel website offer exchanges on any purchases within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.
Before first use of your Dr. Greenthumb's Apparel, we strongly recommend checking all parts to ensure functionality and quality. If you notice any issues, contact us immediately and do not use your product. Products are eligible exchanges only if defective or unused.

** All sales are final. We offer a 30-day exchange on Dr. Greenthumb's Apparel found to be defective or unused.
Dr. Greenthumb's Apparel conditions of the exchange are: product shall have been subject to no use and product shall not have misuse, neglect, altered, improperly set up or otherwise damaged; and, there shall be no evidence of tampering or deliberate abuse or destruction. Defects to Dr. Greenthumb's Apparel products will be determined solely by Dr. Greenthumb's customer service and not by any representative, distributor or dealer of or for Dr. Greenthumb's Apparel. Upon determination of a defect or unused, Dr. Greenthumb's Apparel sole obligation will be to replace the defective product with the same or similar product. Any claim against Dr. Greenthumb's Apparel for defects in materials or quality must be in writing via email.
Dr. Greenthumb's Apparel must authorize the exchange of any alleged or defective product before getting items exchanged. The party making a claim must pay all shipping and transportation costs.
No Dr. Greenthumb's Apparel representative, distributor or reseller is authorized to assume for Dr. Greenthumb's Apparel any other obligations or liabilities in connection with the product or alter the terms of this warranty in any way. Dr. Greenthumb's Apparel shall not be liable for damages, including special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of a Dr. Greenthumb's Apparel product or its use by the owner.
Should a problem be experienced with Dr. Greenthumb's Apparel product and a replacement issued, the party making a claim must pay shipping and transportation costs.
