I have just upgraded to Windows 10 and now my Office applications won’t open. I do not get any error, the Office application such as word just opens for a second and then disappears from the screen.

I don’t really want to have to start uninstalling and re-installing applications because Microsoft couldn’t be bothered to do thorough testing before releasing the product, I would rather they just provide an update and fix for this issue. This is not the only issue I have, since upgrading to Windows 10, my mouse pad has a second lag every time I click on anything.
